Just keep looking, then give it a slight smile as if it's nice what you're seeing. Go slowly down with your look, just to his waist and back up, to give him a confidence boost, for him to find no reason not to get over to you. Then after a ca. 15 seconds utmost of contact you turn arround back to your drink. The reason not to look too long is to make yourself not look too hungry but interested. If he calls you over by doing a hand movement, do the same cause he has enough reasons to be a man and go to you. All you need to do is be natural and have a nice chat.
